Dr Ogidan is a self-motivated and hard working development planner, with experience in agriculture, rural development and micro-finance. He obtained his BA Ed in English/Education from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters Degree from University of Lagos. He holds a PhD, Business Development and Entrepreneurial Development from Trinity College and University, Spain.A goal-directed, results-oriented individual with a extensively well-built education and equally varied line of interests which include business development, development planning, training and participatory research to name a few. He is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultants IMC. He is the Managing Consultant of Successory Nigeria Ltd, a partner organization.

He is an Economist from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State. His working career has taken him to the length and breadth of the Country relating with both public servants at the top level and also private organizations at management level.
His experiences cut across Client relationship, Human resource and Man power development. He has facilitated and coordinated Training workshops.He is currently pursuing ICAN professional study. He is the Administrative Executive.
